About Us
Who We Are
Innovation for Women Health Development Action (IWHDA) is a non-profit organization operating in Kabale, Uganda. We work at the community level with health workers, local leaders, volunteers, and peer educators to help people access health, protection, and economic-support services.
Our work is focused on women, girls, children, young mothers, and underserved communities, including people affected by violence, people affected by HIV stigma, and people facing economic vulnerability.
We believe people need more than information. That is why our work connects communities to real support, services, and opportunities, not just awareness.
